DNA Recruit is working with an Independent Experiential Agency specializing in activations, hospitality, retail, and conferences worldwide, to find them a dynamic Senior Client Services Manager who will report to their Commercial Director. Their people-first culture has earned them recognition as one of the best places to work.
 
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients.
• Build authentic, long-term relationships.
• Drive growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Develop and present innovative experiential marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and insights to inform campaigns.
• Manage campaign planning and execution to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams for seamless delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of client services professionals.
• Foster collaboration and adherence to efficient processes.
• Deliver detailed reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives.

 
Skills & Experience Required:

• Arabic-speaking is a plus.
• Availability for 3 days per week in Madinah.
• Experiential agency experience, preferably with a digital focus.
• Proven track record in retaining and growing client accounts.
• Charismatic and sales-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-centric approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like HubSpot.
