DNA Recruit have partnered with a global event technology group who are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager. You will lead large large-scale projects from inception to completion. The role is essential in overseeing the project scope coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Project Management: Develop and communicate project scopes, schedules, and resource plans. Lead technical production teams, attend client meetings, and ensure successful event execution.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting client retention.
• Event Execution: Act as the primary contact for clients during events, managing all phases from load-in to load-out.
• Financial Management: Support budget creation, monitor project costs, and ensure accurate billing.
• Leadership & Compliance: Provide leadership to technical teams and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Post-Event Reporting: Complete post-event reviews, invoicing, and reporting.
