Motion Designer & Content Creator – Paid Media

DNA Recruit are working with a Forward-Thinking Fashion & Lifestyle Brand, deeply rooted in sneaker culture, that is expanding its creative team. They’re looking for a Motion Designer & Content Creator who can produce high-performing video ads and content tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.

This role is perfect for someone who blends creative flair with performance know-how – you’ll create scroll-stopping ads, design platform-native content, and collaborate closely with the Paid Media and Creative teams to drive measurable results. If you’re as comfortable behind the camera as you are behind the editing suite, and thrive on translating trends into high-impact creative, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

• Edit engaging video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display – optimised for clarity, attention, and conversion
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and animations to elevate creative impact
• Contribute to storyboarding, hooks, pacing, and funnel-stage ad creative
• Capture original content including UGC-style clips, lifestyle B-roll, and product shots
• Repurpose and localise creative across formats, audiences, and platforms
• Develop multiple creative variants for A/B testing and iteration
• Stay on top of paid media trends, competitor activity, and best-in-class ad creative
• Maintain an evolving creative library of assets and research material

Skills and Experience Required

• 2+ years’ experience in video editing and/or motion design & paid media
• Portfolio showcasing performance-driven ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong grasp of direct-response creative – from hook to CTA – with the ability to tailor content to different funnel stages
• Hands-on content capture skills (camera and mobile) for use in paid formats
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Experience with creative iteration and A/B testing based on performance insights
• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines
• Curious, proactive, and trend-aware, with a collaborative approach
• Bonus: knowledge of ad platforms or creative research tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, Motion)

Location: London (It's on-site 5 days)
Salary: £26k to 30k + bonus
