JOB DESCRIPTION

DNA Recruit is working with a fast-expanding Immersive Experiences agency looking to scale globally. They're hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive International growth by selling licensing agreements for bold, Interactive Art and Live Event experiences.

About the Role:

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new licensing opportunities, crafting bespoke proposals, and leading strategic pitches that demonstrate the value of immersive storytelling. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and represent the agency across global markets, supporting their mission to bring high-impact, experiential events to audiences everywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell licensing rights for location-based Immersive Events
  • Secure brand and corporate event partnerships that align with larger experiential strategies
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan
  • Identify, target, and secure new licensing partners globally
  • Conduct market research and utilise B2B sales platforms to identify opportunities
  • Support the licensing team with tailored proposals and impactful presentations
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Manage and optimise the CRM system for accurate lead tracking
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
 
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Immersive Arts, Live Events, or Experiential Marketing sectors
  • Strong network within Live Events or Location-Based Entertainment
  • Track record of securing high-value, strategic partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading sales teams and driving commercial growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
 
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience).
