Are you an Account Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?
DNA Recruit is working with a dynamic and creative brand experience agency to find them a talented Account Manager to work across both shopper marketing and experiential activations. If you're an agile operator who enjoys working across diverse projects – from FMCG shopper campaigns to live brand activations – this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds.

About the Role
Split evenly across two key functions, this hybrid role offers variety and challenge:
Shopper Marketing (50%)
- You’ll be the go-to liaison for a major FMCG client, managing the creation of digital and print shopper marketing assets across leading UK retailers.
- Working closely with in-house designers and artworkers, you’ll oversee high-volume, fast-turnaround projects.
- You’ll also coordinate with external print suppliers, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and smooth delivery.
- From festival activations to pop-up experiences and mass sampling campaigns, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing live brand experiences to life.
- You’ll support the full lifecycle of campaigns – from creative development and production through to execution.
- Projects vary in scale and style, keeping the work engaging and fast-paced.
- Experience managing high-volume artwork and design traffic, ideally in FMCG or shopper environments.
- 1–2 years of agency-side experience in experiential marketing (or integrated with experiential exposure).
- A confident client handler with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Energetic, proactive, and solutions-focused – someone who thrives in fast-moving, non-hierarchical teams.
- Positive, collaborative, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
Location: Hybrid – London office 2–3 days per week
